Our quality control system is certified and aims to provide the maximum at every point of production. In our laboratory, there are 3 different hardness measuring devices (Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers) in order to make more accurate and realistic measurements of your products. In addition to these, we also have a computer-aided MicroVickers measuring device where we can look at the depth of the material. We also have an optical microscope to look at the internal structure of the materials and to analyse whether the phase transformations penetrate into a whole part or not, or to analyse layers such as cementation and nitration layers. - Hardness measurements of materials (Vickers - Brinell - Rockwell) - Depth measurements of materials (MicroVickers)
